The advertising services available through NetworkBuilder Online and our providers is to make your advertising available to the particular circulation or requested number of people. As with newspapers, magazines, radio and television, our service is to advertise your product, service or business opportunity.

When you receive a copy of your ad or a link containing your ad copy, that is when your ad has run. In some cases you will also have the ability to track your campaigns via a web-based control panel so you will have idea when to start expecting traffic and or responses.

NetworkBuilder Online and Orbis Business Services does not accept the following type of advertising or will not host a website that features this content:

1. Ads or websites which promote or advertise any type of bulk e-mail service or offers to sell bulk e-mail software which can used to send unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam.
2. Ads or websites which promote chain letters, or anything which may be deemed illegal.
3. Ads or websites which promote 900 phone numbers.
4. Ads or websites which are adult related, including adult web sites, adult products or gambling related websites.
5. Ads or websites which are anti-government, anti-taxes.
6. Ads or websites which relate to credit repair.
7. Ads or websites which relate to warez, hacking or the downloads of illegal software or music.

NetworkBuilder Online and Orbis Business Services reserves the right to refuse advertising or websites which compete with any services which we currently offer and to refuse any advertising or the hosting of any websites we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion. 

About Software Purchases

All of the software offered for sale through NetworkBuilder Online is available either as demo, shareware, or trial version so that you can try the software before you buy it.

For this reason, there are no refunds or credits for opened or used software purchased through NetworkBuilder Online. This also includes software directly downloaded from our website.

Some software is available direct from the developer, distributor or retailer via links from our site. In these cases, the developers, distributors or retailers software policy will apply.
